Recently renovated by an architect, this superb apartment of 65 sqm is composed of a large living room with an open-air- kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The living room has a sofa bed allowing two additionnel sleeps, a round table and a beautiful fireplace (not functional). The kitchen, separated from the lounge by a bar, is fully equipped. The first bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200) and an absolutely magnificent view. The second bedroom is small with a single bed, ideal for a child but possible for an adult. The bathroom, accessible independently from the two bedrooms has a bathtub with shower. This Paris rental is absolutely calm with a view on the Eiffel Tower.

The Paris rental is exceptionally well located in St Germain des pres. With two steps of the district of the Odeon, the street of Varenne is also known to hoste the Hotel of Matignon where remains the French Prime Minister.
