How do you send a request?

1 – Select your dates and destination on the home page, and click on “FIND VACATIONS” (you can also look for a specific apartments by entering its name on the search bar)
2 – After choosing an apartment, click on “MAKE A REQUEST” (If you are not logged-in, you will be asked to enter your details.)
4 – Fill in the necessary information required in the form.
5 – And click again on “MAKE A REQUEST”
6 – Your request has been sent, and you will be contacted shortly.

How do you send multiple requests?

1 – Select your dates and destination on the home page, and click on “find vacations” (you can also look for a specific apartments by entering its name on the search bar)
2 – After choosing an apartment, click on “ADD TO WISHLIST”
3 – Do the procedure again for every apartments you want.
4 – Finally, click on “WISHLIST” on the top menu.
5 – Review (or fill) your details, and click on “SEND ENQUIRY”

How do you book an apartment online?

If everything is clear, and you do not have any questions, you can decide to book (most of the apartment) the apartment directly :

1 – Select your dates and destination on the home page, and click on “find vacations” (you can also look for a specific apartments by entering its name on the search bar)
2 – After choosing an apartment, click on “BOOK NOW” (If you are not logged-in, you will be asked to enter your details.)
4 – Fill in the necessary information required in the form.
5 – Click “BOOK NOW”
6 – Review your details, choose whether or not taking the cancellation insurance, tick the terms and conditions, and click to continue.
7 – You will be redirected to the bank webpage to make your payment safely by credit card.
8 – You will then receive shortly your booking confirmation by email.

How do you validate your booking?

To validate your booking, you will need to make an initial deposit which is refundable under specific conditions (see chapter on Cancellation). The deposit is computed from the total cost of apartment rental.

Equipments

All our apartments in Paris and Rome are equipped with:
Heating system, refrigerator, bed linens and towels, hair dryer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron & ironing board.
