This Paris rental is on the 4th and top floor of a small individual house. A small staircase leads you to the elevator which takes you to the apartment.
A house keeper (english speaking) lives at Ground Floor. By staying on this apartment, you will have the good feeling of having your own private house in Paris, which is not common. The apartment overlooks a square where is the Church of St. François-Xavier.
Two levels apartment of 80 m2 consisting of two bedrooms, each one having a double bed (140 x 200). A bathroom with a shower and toilets is on this floor. The main room is quite large (around 40 m2) with two sofas and a table for dinner up to 8 persons. The kitchen is open to the living room. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is also on this floor. This apartment enjoys a very sunny atmosphere with a large bay window overlooking the church.
The view is absolutely great, with no opposite. You can even see the top of the Eiffel Tower behind the church.
Finally, in addition to the location of first choice, this Paris rental it is really nice because on the top floor, with a great view and a quite large living space.
