Features of the apartment include sleeping comfortably up to six guests, two in one bedroom's queen size bed, two in two single beds in the second bedroom, and 2 two more in the luxurious hide-a-bed sofa (queen size and very comfortable). Stereo, TV, VCR, dining table, linen cupboard, and telephone are also featured. Cozily decorated, it features real beams and a tomette tile floor.

The kitchen has an electric stove, multifunction microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric coffeepot, dishes, cutlery, and washer/dryer machine. The full bathroom has a bath, one sink, linen with cupboard and separate toilets which also have a sink.
