Below you will find our Terms and Conditions, which are applicable to your rental. We remind you that any apartment's special conditions shall take precedence over the following if applicable. Please read them carefully.
Until the First Payment has been paid, no reservation can be guaranteed. After booking, a contract will be sent to you by e-mail written with your name and with the dates of your reservation and the specific terms and conditions applicable for the apartment. We ask you to print out said contract and carry it with you upon your arrival.
The rental begins at noon and ends at 10:00am on the dates defined in the contract.
Our prices do not include optional insurance neither transaction fees. Pricing is subject to change at the owner\'s discretion up until the moment that your reservation has been confirmed.
We accept credit card: Visa and Mastercard through Paypal. Additionally, the payment is possible by wire transfers for some apartments: Contact us.
A) Reservation Payment:
a percentage of the total is required to secure the rental within 24 hours after the booking.
B) Final Payment :
Payment either made before your arrival with credit card or (depending of the apartments) upon your arrival in cash (Euros only).
C) Security Deposit Payment:
To be made upon your arrival in cash to the owner (or to his contact) or (depending of the apartments) before your arrival by credit card with Paypal.
The security deposit for each apartment is indicated by the owner. If there is no damage, the security deposit will be fully refunded to you upon your departure or within seven days if made by credit card. If there is any damage, the remaining security deposit will be refunded after 1 month after deducting the amount to cover these damages.
A) for all deterioration of the property and its contents caused by you or by a member of your group or by one of your guests. You are also responsible for all damages sustained by a third party and which result from an act committed by you or by a member of your group or by a guest invited by you or a member of your group.
B) for the state of cleanliness of the property at the end of your stay. Any violation on your part or on the part of a member of your group can lead to a deduction of your security deposit and even additional costs if the deterioration exceeds the amount of your security deposit.
A) Respect the general conditions and not request additional charges unless these are stipulated in the “Special Conditions” of the apartment.
B) Supply the client with household linens upon arrival.
C) Respect the commitments undertaken with the client during the e-mail exchanges.
D) Return the security deposit upon the client’s departure after check-out.
In the case of a violation of these rules, we ask that you contact us immediately at the beginning of your stay in the apartment at: info@lodjee.com or immediately after any disagreement with the owner by asking that he/she contact us by telephone so that the problem can be promptly resolved.
In no case is the number of renters to be superior to the sleeping capacity of the apartment, which is stipulated in the contract.
The price of the stay is guaranteed with the approval of your reservation.
Any additional costs for the apartment will be specifically mentioned on the apartment description on the website. These “Special conditions” will also be referred to in the contract.
While Lodjee shows the maximum of attention to its on-line descriptions and apartment advertisements, Lodjee can not be held liable if an error or omission occurs is said description. Equally, Lodjee is not to be held responsible for defective appliances or the misuse of appliances in any of the publicized apartments.
In the event of cancellation of the rental by the owner, for some cause that is, Lodjee cannot be held responsible for this cancellation and the owner is held to rehouse his tenant by dealing with all the expenses referring itself to it.
Lodjee and the owners cannot be held responsible:
A) For the temporary defect of equipment, for electricity power cuts, for a water reduction cuts through no fault of his/her own, for loss, breakage or injury due to weather conditions, riot, strike or any other circumstances independent of his/her will.
B) In the case that the apartment is destroyed or considerably damaged BEFORE the beginning of the rental, the renter will be notified by e-mail and completely reimbursed as soon as possible. In the case of misunderstanding, the owner will in no case be responsible to the renter for a sum exceeding the total price of the rental.
1) A copy of the identity card for the National of the European Union or a copy of the Passport for the other countries.
2) Your dated and signed contract ( The owner or his Contact will imperatively require of you a copy of the contract dated and signed upon your arrival and before the handing-over of the keys)
