1. Selection of Owners

We only work with owners who match our specific quality criteria. If our customers are unhappy during their stay, we inform the owners to remedy the problems, otherwise, we do not hesitate to stop our partnership with owner (upon relevant investigation).

2. Selection of Apartments

We make personal visits to almost each apartment and offer thorough written descriptions for our customers.

3. Booking Assistance

We have a policy of absolute honesty for all of our bookings. We remain objective in our apartment explanation and descriptions. We pride ourselves on availing each customer with the positives and negatives of each apartment according to your needs or as requested.

4. Enquiries

We are at your disposal to answer any questions about the apartment, the neighborhood, transport, etc. We will be available to answer your questions from your first email to your arrival.

5. Pick-ups and Transfers

We are able to arrange a cheap pick-up or return at the airport (or train station) to the apartment of choice. The driver will be waiting with your name on a board at the arrival gates.

6. Arrivals

All the information you need about your arrival you will be detailed in your contract. Generally someone will be at the apartment to check you in upon arrival. In the event that the key pick up is in a separate location from the apartment, there will be a taxi provided at no additional cost to you. Late arrivals can be arranged, however in this instance there may be a small additional fee.

7. Apartment Conditions

The apartments must:

  •        Be clean and tidy upon your arrival.
  •        Provide bed linen and towels.
  •        Meet safety standards in effect in the country.
  •        Match the site's description.
  •        Provide the amenities listed on the site in working condition.

In the case of unsatisfactory conditions upon your arrival, please contact us immediately, so we can inform the property owner to remedy the situation.

8. Always available

We are available during your stay, should you require further assistance. Any questions or problems, do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email. We are also available to provide a direct link with the property owner, should this be necessary

9. Security Deposit

Your security deposit will be fully refunded to you within a maximum of seven days after your departure, providing there is no damage to the property.

10. After Departure

We appreciate feedback on all of our properties and conduct rigorous follow-ups of our clients, to be sure that our listing standards are maintained and for maximum enjoyment of our clients.
