This apartment in Paris Eiffel Tower is on the first floor with an elevator. The view is just amazing on the « Dôme des Invalides ».

This accommodation of 110 sqm is luxurious and newly renovated. A large entrance gives access to the kitchen which is fully equipped, a toilet and a bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom with shower and toilet. A folding bed is also available in this bedroom for a child.

The lounge/dining room is large with three windows overlooking the « esplanade des invalides ». It consists of a large table allowing height persons to enjoy a dinner. A sofabed will allow two additional people to sleep. From the living room, we go to the main bedroom with a double bed (160x 200) and its own bathroom with a bath, separate shower and toilets.

The environment is « green » with gardens of the place, is prestigious with the Eiffel Tower nearby and pleasant to live with the shopping area of the rue Clerc just 5 minutes walk away. St Germain is less than ten minutes, the Louvre on the other side of the Seine and the Champs Elysées in two or three metro stations away.
