Since there are two terraces, one can choose between sun and shade all day. The terraces are furnished with tables and chairs to be fully enjoyed for meals or wine and cheese with the Eiffel Tower so close you can almost touch it. You can see pretty much the entire tower, not just a piece of it.

The living room also features a huge plasma television and cable with English channels plus high speed internet.Telephone calls to the USA are free.

The bathroom is constructed entirely of Carrera marble and is reminiscent of a 5 star hotel bathroom. It features a glass door panel that hydraulically lifts and then swivels out of the way.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave/grill oven, coffeemaker, toaster, ustensils, pots and pans, bakeware, and anything you need to cook a meal at home, all upscale of course. The china is Limoges, the crystal is French, the countertops are tile. The kitchen also contains a washer/dryer and a fridge.
