This exceptional 130 sqm accommodation has two levels and has six rooms. The entrance gives on a spacious design and contemporary kitchen which is also a dining-room. You will quickly realise that everything has been thought and decorated with much taste.

The dining table can accommodate up to eight guests. From the kitchen you will also access the living-room. It has two comfortable couches, a chair made by a designer, a coffee table...and a B&O stereo.

From the kitchen you will also access the guest bedroom. It can be used as an office as there is a desk, but it can also be used as a bedroom as there is a comfortable sofa-bed, with a 160x200 high quality mattress. A large wardrobe will enable you to store your clothes.

The main bedroom is accessible from the living-room. It has a large double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with an Italian walk-in shower. It also has its own dressing room with wardrobe and storage space, and a large flat screen TV. The apartment has another bathroom with a bathtub. The toilets are adjacent.

Two small rooms are upstairs. This will be your child's kingdom. The first small room will be his playground and the second his bedroom with a 80x150 bed, suitable for a child only. You will be impressed by every piece of art you will see on the walls.
