The apartments is sunny, bright and newly decorated. A quiet, central location on the fourth (top) floor. Walk up. Do not miss the exceptional view on Paris rooftops. Very pretty and ample duplex flat: you will find three bedrooms on the lower floor, with a total of three single beds and a double bed, without counting numerous wall closets where you will be able to store all your luggage, as well as two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and toilets, the other one with a walk in shower.

A separate toilet is also accessible. The kitchen, entirely equipped is open onto the living/dining room very spacious and sunny. On the top floor, a living room is at disposal with apparent wooden beams and attic roof.
